For years, I’d thought that my daily thoughts had a lot to do with my destiny, like it’s pre planned out, you have absolutely no control over it. Now, I have came to realize that it’s not true at all!
Let me explain to you how I came to the conclusion…
How powerful are your thoughts?
Studies shown that the mind thinks between 60,000 â 80,000 thoughts a day. Think about it! Everything you do in life starts with a thought then you initiate with an action.
In order to get what you desire in life, the first thing you have to do is that you have to decide are you gonna be defined by the vision of the future or are you gonna live by the memories from the past.
Your brain is a record of the past, everything you have learned and experienced to this moment, itâs more like a memory bank you could say. Most people wake up in the morning and they start thinking about their problems and those problems are connected to certain people, things and events at certain time and places. The moment they started turning on those circuit, those memories are actually causing them to âthinkâ in the past.
Every single one of those memories has an emotion associated with them and the emotions are the end product of past experiences. The moment they recall the event or the problem in their life, they started feeling unhappy, discouraged, anxious.
Predictable Future
Thoughts are the language of the brain, feelings are the language of the body, how you think and how you feel create the state of your being, so we could say then.. most peopleâs entire state of being when they start their day is in the familiar past. If you live in the familiar past, then it makes sense that youâre going to create predictable future, so what happens to most people is that they get stuck in their biology.
Youâre body is your unconscious mind, it doesnât know the difference between an experience in your life that creates an emotion and emotion that you can create by thought alone, so if you live with the same emotions every single day, those emotions are influencing your thoughts and you canât think greater than how you feel, you are thinking in the past. Your lands of the future is going to be coloured by the past so you canât see possibilities.
Most people like to wait for crisis or disease or diagnosis before they âwake upâ and âseeâ. The challenge is that the biology tends to be redundant, if you keep thinking the same thoughts and those thoughts begin to fire certain circuits in your brain, the nerve cells that fire together wire together so all of sudden you started getting hard wired and those of the thoughts you can think easiest.
At the same time, those thoughts produce chemicals called emotions, next thing you know, your body gets ‘shaped‘ by the same emotions and it could be guilt, could be unhappiness, could be pain, but at least they are familiar to you, at least you can predict it. Some people would rather go with the familiar than take a chance to the possibilities.
For most people, they say, “Well, I donât see my thoughts have anything to do with my destiny”. Thatâs because 95% of those thoughts are subconscious programs, you are not aware that you think those thoughts.
How to change?
The first step to change is starting to think about what you been thinking about, when you begin to observe those thoughts you are no longer the program, you are the consciousness observing those thoughts.
When you decide to really âtake a lookâ, itâs like lighting a match in a dark room, it feels uncomfortable, because itâs easier to turn on your TV, play with your cell phone, distract yourself from those feelings. When you understand that change really requires becoming uncomfortable to a certain degree, youâre leaving the known and stepping into the unknown (infinite possibilities).
Then the next question would be: “What thoughts do you want to fire and wire in your brain?”
You DON’T Create, You GENERATE Wealth!
Most people are waiting for their life to change, so they can feel the gratitude, the abundance and oneness. Thatâs the old model of âCause and Effectâ. If youâre living with emptiness, lack and pain, most people have been conditioned that as long as they wait, something out there will take away this emptiness, lack and pain inside of them. If you believe youâre creating your life and you’re also living by lack.
Guess what?
Lack isnât going to create abundance, it makes sense that you donât actually create wealth, you GENERATE wealth/abundance.
DNA VS Environment
Itâs scientific fact that itâs the environment that signals the gene. The end product from the experience and environment is an emotion. Gene makes proteins and proteins are responsible for the structure and function of your body and expression of protein is the expression of life. The moment you start teaching your body emotionally what that future will feel like before itâs made or manifested, your body started to living in that future reality in the present moment.
Here is the key:
If you were able to become familiar with gratitude, familiar with wholeness, familiar with abundance and freedom, and you are able to generate those chemicals every single day! More than likely, you would be walking around feeling like your future has already happened, you would no longer be looking for that to happen, you would already feel like it has happened. (This is the KEY!)
Whatâs the importance of this?
Well, youâre literally becoming someone else! Youâre leaving your lack, youâre leaving your guilt, youâre leaving your emptiness behind.
How You Developed Personality
Your personality is made up out of how you think, how you act and how you feel. How you think, act and feel is your personality and your personality is intimately connected to your personal reality (your life). If you want to change your life (your personal reality) you have to change your personality, here we go again, you have to start becoming conscious and aware of your own conscious thoughts, you have to start noticing how you act, speak, you have to pay attention to how youâre feeling.
Some people live in the guilt their whole life, they donât even know itâs guilt because it’s too familiar and you can’t differentiate it. When you start doing this technique, you begin to objectify your subjective self, so when you begin to make small changes (back to thoughts), a new thought should lead to a new choice, a new choice should lead to a new behavior, a new behavior should create new experience, and new experience should create new emotion and that new emotion is teaching your body chemically to understand what your mind is intellectually understood and your body is embodying the truth. Now your new emotion should inspire new thought, thatâs called evolution.
Get Stuck?
How do we get stuck? Itâs simple, the strong your feel your emotion from some event in your life (betrayal, trauma or pain), the more altered you feel inside of you. The more you pay attention to the âcauseâ thatâs outside of you. Your brain takes a snapshot, it freezes an image (the neurological connection in the brain) itâs call MEMORY. So we create long term memories from strong emotional events. Certain people have strong experience in their life, it catches all of the brainâs attention and power, so now they think neurologically within the circuit of the past experience and they feel chemically balanced within the boundaries of those emotions.
Remember this: How you think and how you feel create its state of being.
Here is the problem, if you donât know how to control or mediate your emotional reaction of a certain event/experience, and you keep those chemicals going on in your body for an extend period of time (could be years), so the event produces the chemical change, the body needs to return to its homeostasis (balance), but they canât.
The longer you feel the emotions, it could be days, weeks, months.. and then we develop the âmoodâ.
You ask your friend, “Whatâs wrong with you?”
He responds âIâm in the mood!â
âWhy are you in the mood?â
âWell, this thing happened to me 5 days ago, and Iâm having a long emotional reaction..”
He keeps telling the story about it, keeps firing/wiring same circuits and keeps conditioning the body into the past, so he wakes up in the morning and looks for the emotion, all of a sudden he keeps lingering for weeks and months, then the âtemperamentâ is developed.
You keep asking him, “Why you so angry?”
“I don’t know, this event happened to me 8 months ago, Iâm having a long emotional reaction.” (A.k.a Iâm memorizing my emotions)
He keeps going on for years, then he develops personality trait so the person then is memorizing themselves by living in the past..
We Make Stuff Up About Our Past!
A scientific research shows that 50% of what we talk about in the past isnât even the truth, we make stuff up about the past!
In other words people are re-living a life they didnât have just to re-affirm they canât change.
Where your attention goes energy flows, period!
How Do You Give Your Power Away?
The stronger the emotions that you have about some problems, conditions, people or events in your life, the more you paying attention to them so they captured your attention, as a result, you give your power away! Because that person is capturing your attention so then there is an energetic connection with every person, every evert and every experience!
Take Your Power Back!
When a person really decides to be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memory of the past, all of a sudden youâre becoming conscious and not making the same unconscious choice.
If you lower the volume of your emotions such as frustration, hatred or anger, if you truly know how to do that, you would take your attention off that person which means you begin to break those energetic connections, now youâre taking your power back! Youâre calling the energy back to you. You begin to build this electric magnetic field around your body, you can use this energy to heal, you can also use this energy to create/manifest your future.
Every time when you take you attention off that person, experience, event, you became conscious/aware of it, you became good at not feeling the emotion..
Now the body though, has been addicted to that emotion because youâve been using that person to re-affirm your addition to hatred or frustration or anger, if that person die, youâd find another one and continue the process.
Now youâre in a position that you lower the volume of that emotion, but your body is going, “Wait a sec, youâve been doing this for the past 20 years, all of a sudden, you think youâre just going to stop hating and being angry?”
Your conditioning is based on the past, so the body feels the lack of that emotion, it’s like a drug addict, now the body starts to influence the mind to think about experiences that are based on that emotion, now your emotions are causing you to think in the past. (Go back and re-read this paragraph!)
